Welcome to Newzo, a “Share & Earn” platform that allows users to share digital content and earn rewards.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Newzo mobile application (“App”) and website operated by Grow India Martech Pvt. By accessing or using the Newzo platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any amendments thereto. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using the platform.

(GENERAL INFORMATION)

Newzo operates a performance-based affiliate marketing model wherein registered user (referred to as “Affiliates”) may share platform content through designated links or mechanisms provided within the application. Affiliates are permitted to display, promote, and distribute such content via their personal websites, social media channels, or third-party applications, subject to compliance with applicable laws and platform guidelines. Affiliates shall be eligible to receive commissions solely based on valid and authenticated clicks generated through their shared content. Newzo reserves the absolute right to monitor, verify, and audit all affiliate activities. Commissions may be withheld, adjusted, or revoked in cases involving click fraud, bot-generated traffic, manipulation, or any breach of the platform’s fair usage policy. The Company’s decision regarding the validity of clicks and disbursement of commissions shall be final, conclusive, and binding.

2. Definitions:

“Newzo means & includes” means the mobile app, website and digital services owned by Grow India Martech Pvt. Ltd. & which includes all digital properties, platforms, features, and communication channels under the “Newzo”.

“User” means any individual who accesses, registers, interacts with, or utilizes any service, feature, or content provided by Newzo. This includes both registered and unregistered visitors.

“Content” refers to all text, images, videos, articles, links, or materials published, shared, or accessed through Newzo, whether user-generated, affiliate-submitted, or platform-curated.

“Coins” are the digital reward units granted to users for eligible platform interactions such as reading, sharing, or referring content, subject to availability and platform policies.

“Reader” refers to any individual who accesses content exclusively through a unique link shared by a registered user via the newzo platform. The link must be generated and shared through newzo official sharing system.(Accessing content directly via the website or application does not qualify for any reward. Only the first – time access through shared link will be considered valid for commission or reward eligibility)

“Valid & Authenticated Click” shall be defined as unique, time-bound, non-automated user interactions that meet platform internal quality checks and fraud detection protocols.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.If you are underage, parental consent and supervision are mandatory.

  • Users must be 18 years or older to register and earn through Newzo.
  • Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian law being in force.
  • KYC verification (Name, Address, Email, Phone Number including WhatsApp Number, Aadhaar ID, PAN ID, UPI ID) is mandatory for withdrawals and compliance with regulatory laws.
  • Users must ensure that the provided details are accurate, failing which their account may be suspended or terminated.

3.1 User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Use bots, phishing tools, click-farms, automated scripts, hacks, or engage in any fraudulent activities to manipulate views or watch-time.
  • Spread fake news, false agendas, or misinformation that may harm public order, morality, or decency.
  • Engage in app cloning, data cloning, or unethical sharing practices.
  • Violate any applicable IT Act, Contract Act, ASCI guidelines, BNS, IPR Laws, or Human Rights Act provisions.
  • Engage in any alteration, addition, or deletion of facts within the content that affects its authenticity or integrity, shall be the sole responsibility of the user or publisher initiating such change.Newzo shall bear no liability for any misinformation, misrepresentation, malinformation, or factual deviation arising from such modified content.

3.2 User Obligations:

You agree to:

  • Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Indian Contract Act, DPDP Act, IPR Laws, KYC Compliance, Income Tax Act, Human Rights Act and other relevant laws being enforce in India.
  • By using Newzo, you consent to the collection, usage, and storage of your personal data, cookies, Browse history, device identifiers for security, personalization, analytics, and compliance purposes.
  • Not upload defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
  • Not engage in spamming, phishing, or manipulative earning behaviours.

3.3 Account Suspension & Appeal Process

  • If a user is found violating these terms, Newzo reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban their account.
  • Users may appeal the suspension within 7 days by submitting a request with supporting evidence to, Support Section in the Application.
  • If the appeal is denied, the decision will be final, and the user can be blacklisted from future participation.

3.4 Limitation of Liability for Earnings & Withdrawals

Newzo holds no responsibility for third-party content.

  • Newzo does not guarantee fixed earnings and is not liable for any claim regarding unfulfilled monetary expectations.
  • Any delays in payments due to banking errors, UPI processing failures, or third-party payment issues are not the responsibility of Newzo.
  • In case of disputed withdrawals, users can opt for Support Section in the Application.
  • Rewards are subject to platform discretion, fraud prevention measures, and compliance checks.

4. App Usage Policy:

By using the Newzo platform, all users agree to the following terms of fair, lawful, and non-abusive use:

1. Account Access & Login

  • Users must register via valid Indian mobile number and verify it through OTP.
  • Only one account per device is permitted unless expressly authorized by Newzo.

2. Profile and KYC requirements

  • Completion of the user profile with valid credentials is mandatory for the user, using documents and proofs as mentioned above.
  • KYC via Aadhaar authentication is required before the first redemption.
  • The username must match the name on the Aadhaar card for the KYC to be valid.
  • PAN ID is mandatory for earning related transaction to ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • Newzo reserves the right to suspend accounts with incomplete or fraudulent information.

3. Content Interaction and Coin Policy

  • A user/reader will not receive any coins for any news where the available coins have already finished, but a user/reader will still be able to share the news.
  • If a user shares news with a reader and the reader views it after the available coins have ended, that view is not eligible for any coins.
  • A reader must spend at least 10 seconds reading a news article to earn coins.
  • A maximum of 7000-15,000 coins can be earned per news article depending upon the category, which can be modified as per platform discretion.
  • A news article can only be read once per device, if the same news is read multiple times, no extra coins will be rewarded, and it may get blocked during redemption.
  • Reader(s) must access news via a mobile phone or Chrome browser only; coins will not be awarded when accessed via desktop/laptop or unsupported browsers.

4. Redeem and Withdrawal

  • The Minimum redeemable amount is Rs.50.
  • Redemption requests made until Thursday will be processed on the following Saturday.
  • Redemption is subject to automated platform and AI verification, coins generated via invalid or suspicious views will be blocked.
  • Processing fees associated with withdrawal are to be borne by the user.
  • Earnings are subject to TDS deduction at the withdrawal stage, as per Indian tax regulations, as per Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • Earnings are generated by reading of shared news as per platform polices are subject to:
  1. Platform audit and Manual approval.
  2. Earnings cap per news/day/week/month (as may be declared via notifications.

5. Referral Usage

  • Users can refer Newzo to a maximum 50 Individuals.
  • Referral bonuses are credited only if the referred user shares 20+ news articles within 24 hours of installation.
  • 5000 Referral coins worth Rs.10 will be sent directly to UPI and are not added to the coin balance.

5. Intellectual Property Rights, Data Protection & Cybersecurity Compliance

All trademarks, copyrights, logos, and Business model, Colour scheme, representation, computer programme including software (except user-generated content) are the property of Grow India Martech Pvt Ltd.

  • Users shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any IP without express written permission.
  • DMCA-style takedown provisions apply in case of IPR violation claims.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, reverse-engineering, or distribution will attract civil and criminal penalties under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.
  • Any breach of IPR may lead to legal consequences and account termination.
  • Newzo adheres to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable data protection laws.
  • User’s personal data (name, UPI ID, email, phone number) is protected under strict encryption.
  • Any data breach will be reported within 72 hours to relevant authorities, and affected users will be notified immediately.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

  • All data collected shall be governed by the Privacy Policy and is used solely for app functionality, personalization, and compliance.
  • Newzo deploys industry-standard cybersecurity measures.
  • User activity may be monitored and logged under Section 69A of the IT Act for lawful interception.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is not liable for:
    1. Disruptions due to server downtime, third-party attacks, or force majeure events.
    2. Loss of earnings due to violation of platform policies.
    3. Third-party interference (e.g., app cloning, fake news propagation).
    4. Data breaches caused by external sources.
    5. Network disruptions affecting earnings or app performance.

8. Limitation of Liability Clause

Newzo does not guarantee constant earnings and reserves the right to modify its reward structure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Newzo’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall be limited to the lesser of:

  1. Actual damages suffered, or
  2. Total monetary value of earnings due and unpaid (if validated), or
  3. INR 1,000 (One Thousand Rupees)

9. Suspension & Account Termination

Newzo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activities (bot usage, hacking, phishing).
  • Violation of morality, decency, public order, or tranquility.
  • Use of unauthorized scripts, automated tools, or manipulation tactics.

Users will be notified prior to suspension, except in cases of severe violations.

The company may terminate or suspend accounts:

  • On violation of these terms.
  • On user inactivity for 180 days.
  • For any act of fraud or misrepresentation.

On termination, all pending earnings will be reviewed and may be forfeited.

10. Disclaimer Regarding Third Parties

  • Newzo is not responsible for third-party services such as payment gateways, advertisers, external links, data processors, or content providers.
  • Any transactions, interactions, or disputes with third parties are at your own risk.
  • Advertisements may appear on the Platform.
  • Newzo does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of advertised products/services and disclaims any related liability.

11. Waiver of Class Actions

  • Users agree that any claims shall be brought individually and not as a class action, collective, or representative proceeding.

12. Force Majeure

  • Newzo shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemics, cyberattacks, technical failures, government restrictions.

13. “As-Is” and “As-Available” Basis Disclaimer

  • Newzo provides the Platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • No warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation is made.

14. Indemnity Clause

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Newzo(Grow India martech pvt ltd), Legal Entity, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any claim, demand, damage, loss, cost, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of: -

  1. User’s breach of these Terms
  2. Violation of applicable laws
  3. Infringement of third-party rights
  4. Misuse or abuse of the Platform

15. No Waiver of Rights Clause

  • Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any rights.
  • Any waiver must be expressly granted in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.

16. Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. Legal Compliance

This document complies with but is not limited to:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP)
  • Copyright Act, 1957
  • TradeMarks Act,
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • Income Tax Act, 1961 (TDS Deduction)
  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Applicable State and Central Laws

18. No Liability for Data Recovery

Newzo shall not be responsible for the recovery of personal data, or any content lost due to user error, server failure, system update, or any other unforeseen technical issue.

19. Coin Availability and Disparity Resolution

All coin rewards (X) are subject to availability of coins per news item and platform discretion.In the event of any mismatch or disparity between available and total coins (Y), Newzo’s internal records shall be deemed final and binding.The user explicitly waives the right to challenge any decision taken by Newzo in this regard.

20. Transaction Processing Charges

All transaction-related charges, including withdrawal fees, bank processing costs, or UPI gateway charges, shall be borne exclusively by the user.Newzo shall not be held liable to refund or subsidize any such financial cost.

21. Nature of Rights – Right in Personam

The rights and privileges granted to the user by Newzo are personal in nature (Right in Personam) and cannot be enforced against any third party.Users acknowledge that these rights do not constitute ownership, lien, or interest in the platform or its assets.

22. Application-Oriented Data Control

All data related to the application and its functioning shall remain exclusively under the control of Newzo.Users shall not have any right, claim, or authority over backend infrastructure, design, algorithm, or decision-making logic of the platform.

23. Intermediary Platform Disclaimer

Newzo functions purely as a hosting and intermediary platform. Content uploaded by creators or affiliates is not edited or controlled by Newzo.(Just like YouTube), the platform does not take liability for accuracy, legality, or ethical implications of third-party content.

24. Publisher Modification and Broken Link Policy

Newzo shall not be liable for any disruption in content access, reward allocation, or click tracking caused by broken, faulty, expired, or publisher- modified links.

In instance where a content publisher alters, removes, or redirects the original URL to a different or secondary URL, only the first, verifiable, and system generated link shall be eligible for user rewards.

The platform is unable to track or validate changes made externally by content owners or third-party publishers or in some case users, after a link is generated.

Accordingly, no coins, claims, or compensation shall be entertained for interactions involving redirected or tampered links.

Rewards shall apply only to the original content as recorded and shared at the time of publishing, provided all other platform criteria are met.

25. Outcome Neutrality Clause

Newzo shall not be responsible for any outcomes—social, financial, or reputational—that may arise out of content consumed or shared by the user.Interpretations are at the discretion of the user/reader, and no liability shall attach to the platform.

26. Claim Window and Account Inactivity

Users must raise disputes, concerns, or complaints within a period of 10 days from the date of event.Post that, Newzo is not obligated to act on such matters.Accounts inactive for 6 months may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

27. Server and Network Failure Disclaimer

Newzo disclaims any liability arising due to outages, data loss, bugs, downtime, or system maintenance.Availability of the platform is best effort based and not guaranteed under all circumstances.

28. User/reader Internet Mobile Data/Internet bandwidth Consumption

Any internet mobile data/Internet bandwidth charges incurred due to usage of Newzo Platform and during reading of links are solely the responsibility of the user/reader.Newzo will not be held accountable for such Internet mobile data/Internet bandwidth usage, mobile carrier or ISP billing issues.

29. Misuse on Social Media Platforms

In case a user posts abusive, defamatory, misleading, or violative content about Newzo or its team on any public or private social platform, Newzo reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings—civil or criminal—as per applicable law.

30. User Duty to Update Information

Users are obligated to keep their account information—email, mobile number, UPI ID, and KYC documents—accurate and up to date.Failure to do so may result in failed payouts or restriction of access.

31. Unilateral Right to Modify Policy

Newzo retains the right to revise, suspend, or terminate features, programs, or policies at its sole discretion.Continued use of the app will be deemed acceptance of such changes.

32. Escalation Protocol Before Legal Action

Pre-Litigation Resolution Requirement

Users agree that before initiating any legal or arbitral proceedings against Newzo, they shall mandatorily exhaust the following dispute resolution steps given in the order:

1. Support Mechanism within the App:

Users/Readers must first raise their concerns through the in-app support system (raising the ticket) provided on the Newzo Platform for technical or transactional issues.

2. Amicable Dispute resolution:

If unresolved, parties shall attempt an informal, good faith resolution through direct communication facilitated by Newzo’s designated support personnel.

3. Grievance Redressal Mechanism:

Formal complaints may then be escalated to Newzo’s Grievance Officer, as per the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

4. Arbitration

In the event of continued disagreement, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of Arbitration in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

5. Litigation

Only upon exhausting of all the above steps, may the user initiate legal proceedings, Subject to Arbitration, courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh shall have Exclusive Jurisdiction.

33. Grievance Redressal Mechanism:

As per Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Newzo appoints a Grievance Redressal Officer to handle user complaints.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 business days.

34. Amendments

Newzo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.Continued use after any such changes constitutes deemed acceptance of the revised or updated Terms and Conditions, Users are encouraged to periodically review the Terms and Conditions for updates.

35. Effects

These Terms and Conditions shall take effect from (22nd July 2025), and apply to all user activity, including past conduct on the Newzo Platform, to the extent permitted by law.

These updated Terms and Conditions shall apply to all past and ongoing use of the platform, where applicable, and supersede all previously issued Terms and Conditions.
